A Letter from our Founder
Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and consider a career with B&C Mechanical Services.
My journey in the HVAC industry began in 1990, when I worked in residential HVAC during the day and attended classes at Johnson County Community College in the evenings. After several years in residential service, I transitioned to commercial HVAC in 1995. In January 2004, I founded B&C Mechanical Services with a simple vision: deliver quality work, treat people with respect, and keep faith at the center of everything we do.
Over the years, we've grown from a two-truck operation into a full-service commercial mechanical contractor serving the Kansas City metro area. Today, our team provides everything from service and maintenance to complete design-build construction solutions. While we've grown significantly, our core values remain unchanged.
At B&C Mechanical, we believe in putting faith first, family second, and company third. That philosophy guides how we serve our customers, support our team members, and approach every project. It's more than a slogan; it's the foundation of our culture.
