Meet Our Team

Rob Brown is the founder and CEO of B&C Mechanical Services, LLC, a commercial HVAC firm serving the Kansas City metro since 2004. A Kansas native, he has led the organization from day one, overseeing service, maintenance, replacement, and construction solutions for businesses throughout the region. Rob started in the heating and air conditioning industry in 1990. He worked at a residential company during the day while attending the heating and air conditioning program at JCCC in the evening.

Guided by the principle of faith first, family second, and company third, he has been married to his wife Kimberly for 31 years and is the father of five. He enjoys spending time with his family — whether on vacations, camping, fishing, or any outdoor activity.

He is an active member of Countryside Church, where he remains deeply involved in ministry and service.

Ryan Vaughan brings nearly two decades of management and leadership experience to B&C Mechanical. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Ryan has been married to his wife, Heather, for nearly 20 years and is the father of eight. He and Heather love spending time in fellowship with friends and family, and you'll often find them on a sports field, at church, or working on their hobby farm.

Kenith Rowe is the CFO of B&C Mechanical Services, LLC. He has been with B&C for eighteen years and brings thirty years of experience in construction & service-based accounting. Kenith holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

Outside of work he enjoys watching rodeos and vacationing at national parks with his wife Jana.

Kevin is a customer-focused relationship builder and purpose-driven professional with a strong track record in sales and project management. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including nine years in HVAC equipment sales for a global manufacturer, and over 17 years in sales and project management roles.

Known as a creative thinker and problem solver, Kevin prioritizes building lasting client relationships and delivering quality Design-Build project solutions to his clients.

Outside of work, Kevin values his faith and church life, time with his wife Gina and their children Gioia and James, and outdoor pursuits such as golf and shooting.
